Why I can’t faceswap videos?

How do I remove the watermark?You need a <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://www.ultraswap.ai/pricing">subscription</a> to remove the watermark.I have a subscription, but I still have the watermark?If you already have a subscription, but still have the watermark, make sure your source file was not downloaded from the ultraswap feed and already has a watermark on it. What is the value of 1 coin?

You can compute the exact number of coins a video will cost by using the coin calculator.The variables that affect the number of coins for a video are its resolution, duration, size (in MB).

How many coins to faceswap a video?

Coins renew every month as long as you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, you will keep your coins until next month when your subscription cancels. Once your subscription cancels your coins will reset to zero like every month and they will not renew.

Will I keep my coins if I unsubscribe?

Your subscription renews monthly, you coins are refreshed monthly along with your subscription. If you need more coins you can <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://www.ultraswap.ai/pricing">buy more coins</a> on your current subscription.

How to cancel my subscription?

How to apply a discount code from a referral?

Yes, if you <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://www.ultraswap.ai/pricing">upgrade</a> your subscription, the upgrade is immediate so you can get new coins right away.

If I upgrade now will I receive the coins immediately?

If you downgrade your subscription, it will be downgraded at the time of the next billing cycle so you can still use the coins you have paid for in the current billing cycle.

If I downgrade my subscription when will it downgrade?

If you cancel your subscription, it will be automatically be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle (month), so you can still use the coins you have paid for in the current billing cycle.So if you unsubscribe, you keep your coins and benefits for the current billing cycle, but they will not be renewed next month.If you prefer to cancel you subscription immediately, please contact <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://feedback.ultraswap.ai/fr">support</a>, but you will also lose the coins you've paid for in the current cycle immediately.

If I cancel my subscription when will it stop?

As per our <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="notion-link-token notion-focusable-token notion-enable-hover link" href="https://www.ultraswap.ai/legal">terms of service</a>, we do not make reimbursements for users who forget about their subscription as we have already credited the coins to your account.

Anyone can join our affiliate program <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="notion-link-token notion-focusable-token notion-enable-hover link" href="https://affiliates.ultraswap.ai/">here</a>. We will only start payouts if you have at least $25 of payouts.

Can I join your affiliate program to earn on referrals?

We will send you 20% of the revenue generated by the subscriptions of your referred users every month.

What percentage of the revenue will I earn?

Once a member clicks your referral link, they’re tagged with a 30-day cookie tracker. If they subscribe to Ultraswap within 30 days, you’ll receive your commission.

How do you track the users I bring you and make sure they convert to my affiliation?

Affiliate payouts are made on the 1st day of each month.

When will I receive the money from my affiliates?
